Dr. George Xirogiannis

PhD in Artificial Intelligence.

George brings more than 25 years of combined academic and executive experience. He has led complex transformation initiatives for both private and public sectors. He combines deep technology understanding with expertise in corporate operations.

George has held senior leadership roles including Director General at SEV, Senior Manager at PwC, while also sitting as a Vice President at the Boards of Entersoft and IVEPE. He also serves as a Visiting Professor at Deree – The American College of Greece, with previous appointments at the CNAM University (France), University of Piraeus and the University of the Aegean.

Konstantinos Varsamos

He holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina and an MSc with distinction in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bristol.

Konstantinos brings more than 30 years of international professional experience in digital transformation, innovation strategy, and technology-driven business development.

He has advised organizations and executives on innovation strategy, technology adoption, and digital business models, collaborating with more than 2,000 corporate leaders across industries. As an entrepreneur, he has founded several innovation-focused companies including: Get2Work (2013), a pioneering Digital Innovation Agency - AIbyDNA (2024), an Artificial Intelligence Development Studio - iQnostic (2026), an AI & Data Transformation consulting firm.

Konstantinos Lafkas

Konstantinos Lafkas

He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from NTUA, an MBA from IMD-Lausanne and an MSc in Decision Sciences, Athens University of Economics.

A seasoned corporate professional, serving for more than 25 years senior positions at Selonda (CCO), Sunlight (CEO), Alfa Laval Greece (CEO), Maillis (Development Director), Epa Attica (Retail Sales and Customer Service Manager), Bitros SA (Sales Manager), Shell (Sales Engineer). Konstantinos has led the expansion of Greek multinationals all over the globe. In addition, he has been involved in transforming businesses and introducing new growth frameworks. The projects and deals involved exceed €2bn.

He is the initiator of MicroGlobals, a boutique leading organizations to transform and scale. He is the founding Partner of Unifund innovation Fund.

Myron Flouris

Myron Flouris

He holds a BSc in Economics from University of Athens, an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, and a specialization diploma in Corporate Technology Strategy from the National Technical University of Athens.

Myron brings extensive expertise in innovation strategy, digital transformation, and business development across consulting, financial services, and public administration. He has worked at EY and KPMG, contributing to the design and implementation of major transformation projects.

He also brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, having held senior positions at the National Bank of Greece, P&K Securities, and Egnatia Securities. He has also served as Secretary General for Tourism Policy and Development.
